The graphic at right, is a visual to how we see SchoolLogic's roll in the K-12 education space.  At the core is student data; it is around that we organize our solutions in dark blue.  The primary users of these solutions appear in the gold band; these are stakeholders in the student data at the micro level and have the greatest influnece on the usability of our products.  The outer band representing school districts and government are stakeholders in student data at the macro level and depend on reliable aggregate reporting of the student data.

SchoolLogic provides centralized online web based solutions designed to meet the needs of the most demanding school districts. Our comprehensive approach provides the building blocks to meet schools specific student record-keeping needs.   The SchoolLogic Student Management System uses Microsoft SQL, a cost-effective Open Database (ODBC) system, allowing for easy installation, conversion and deployment with our on-site professional services team and may be purchased standalone or as a part of a bundled solution which includes TeacherLogic our educator portal and HomeLogic our home access portal for parents and students.

In May of 2010 SchoolLogic was acquired by SRB Education Solutions a leading provider of Student and Financial Information Systems in North America, serving over 6,500 schools.  This acquisition marks the start of a new and exciting chapter for SchoolLogic.  SRB purchased SchoolLogic to gain access to our technically advanced product suite and is committed to invest and grow SchoolLogic.  The acquisition also creates exciting opportunities for partnership and integration between SchoolLogic’s school software applications and SRB’s other Divisions which include solutions for HR, Payroll, Finance, Library Management and an outcome based assessment/reporting grade book.
