Scheduler - Auto

Auto mode gives schools the ability to use student requests to automatically load students into their next year classes. The following is a list of features of the Scheduler - Auto module.

• Create hundreds of request combinations.
• Assign requests to students by student, by request or globally.
• Pre-schedule students into classes and have the scheduler work around those classes.
• Assign alternate requests.
• Assign specific terms to requests.

Scheduler - Manual

Manual mode is for schools that want access to next year classes before the end of the current school year to prepare for next year. This module will allow them to set up classes and manually enroll students in those next year classes. All of this preparation allows the school to use the rollover functions at year-end to smoothly and easily move their next year classes into the current year. Features include:

• Access to copy of current year schedule in next year to start working from.
• Ability to create copies of schedules or new blank schedules to modify to meet the needs of the next school year.
• Ability to enroll students into classes using a number of different methods.
